I'm by no means a seasoned listener, but I am down with it, especially with there being sooo many sub-genres of metal. As a drummer, I like math/tech metal the most... but sometimes I need soothing melodic or symphonic and etc.

I used to be a lot more into it during my late high school years. I still love it now, just not as intensely as before. I don't take the music too seriously though, if that makes sense. Mostly it is lighthearted grindcore/death metal. You know stuff like this:

The band doesn't take it seriously and neither should you!
